What are your thoughts on Season 2 so far? I'm not enjoying it as much as last year and the idea that an oil tycoon would get so involved in a startup requires a complete suspension of disbelief. Also, he's suddenly the expert on CES and game consoles? Joe and Cameron are becoming less and less likeable too. I'd bet the show is canceled soon. On the bright side, I adore your blog. Thoughts?

Overall I’m enjoying the scene except for a few things. First, I’m not a fan of the show acting like this small group of people started EVERYTHING. All of a sudden they’re marketing online gaming, instant messaging, broadband, etc. Like … ok yeah ok. Second, I can’t stand Cameron. At first I was like, yeah this chick is awesome. But now I just find her so childish and unlikable. Donna is the woman I look up to this season. And third (and this one is the most important to me) I don’t like the way they are washing out Joe’s sexuality. Being bi or pan in season 1 was a huge deal for him. It was a part of his manipulation as well as showing that there were things that made him nervous.

Now it’s all Sara and Cameron and I just don’t care. Sara makes Joe boring and I don’t like it. I know that’s totally a personal opinion but there it is. I absolutely loved Joe’s speech in the last episode about his experience with gay bashing in middle school.. but that’s literally the most interesting thing about him this season. No dark past stories, no issues with his father. Nothing. I do really enjoy the focus on Mutiny but I don’t like the direction they’re taking it. I don’t know, I would never want it to get cancelled, but I don’t have high hopes for it.

But thank you so much for the compliment, I feel like such a slacker this season but there are so many other blogs out there making wonderful gifs and it’s made me lazy! Last season it was just me hahahaha
